User agrees that all the information the user provides to the site is truthful. User also understands the nature of the service he or she is buying, and agrees to pay for this service. Submitting fraudulent information, including credit card information, will be considered a violation of the agreement and the site will pursue any and all available remedies against the user.
User agrees to use the site according to the instructions provided by the site owner. The user will not give his or her password to another person for the site's "free resources" section. The user acknowledges that the site has a license to use any information the user posts at the site.
Use of the site is at the site owner's discretion, and the owner reserves the right to terminate use by any user at any time.
User agrees that the site and its owner shall not be held liable for any and all kinds of damages resulting from use of the site, viruses that may infect the site, third party links, failure of the site to operate, errors on the site, and site services. User accepts full legal responsibility for any posted materials that may violate federal or state laws. User also permits the site to disclose user information to law enforcement or in response to a subpoena. User agrees not all services are 100% guaranteed and may not yield the promised but not guaranteed profit or gain in traffic or otherwise benefit.
User understands that the site has no obligation to disclose marketing and/or advertising methods, secrets, or technologies used in the site's services for any reason.
If claims are filed against the site or the site's owners because of the user's actions, the user agrees to indemnify the site for any costs it is forced to pay. If the user refuses to indemnify the site or its owners, the user may be sued and required to pay.
User agrees not to copy materials on the site, reverse engineer or break into the site, or use the website materials or services to violate federal or state law.
This agreement is governed by United States federal laws. If the user fails to comply with any provisions in the user agreement, the site and its owners will exercise their remedies available to them under contract law.
